In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. Product availability is subject to stock levels at the time of order.
Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept payments via Stripe (credit/debit cards). By placing an order, you confirm that the payment details provided are valid and that you are authorised to use the payment method.
Delivery and Shipping
We deliver within Chennai and surrounding areas. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and order volume. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering.
Returns and Refunds
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for return. Digital products and opened consumables (ink cartridges, toner) are non-returnable.

Limitation of Liability
